We are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join our team of specialists at the Derby office. The role will involve supporting fee earners, managing a caseload of files, and dealing with sales and purchases of commercial premises and commercial leases. Candidates should be technically strong, detail-oriented, a good communicator, and possess excellent client-care skills. The position offers self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude towards challenges, and the opportunity to work in an open-plan environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support fee earners in all stages of commercial property transactions.
  • Manage a caseload of files including sales/purchases of commercial premises and commercial leases.
  • Handle acquisitions, leases, disposals, and secured lending.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years PQE as a Real Estate Solicitor/Associate.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent communication, client-care, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
