The Opportunity
Lawfront is a fast‐growing, PE‐backed group of seven leading law firms. Through Programme Drive, we are consolidating all hub firms onto a unified technology stack — including Aderant Expert Sierra, Clio Operate and NetDocuments. The success of every deployment, every migration, and every go‐live depends on one thing: the quality of our testing. That's where you come in.
We are currently recruiting a QA & Test Analyst to join us on a 12month FTC, you will own the quality assurance and testing function across all Programme Drive products. You will ensure that what we deliver to end users works exactly as it should — every time. You will design and maintain test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles, validate data migrations, manage defects, and provide the evidence that gives programme leadership the confidence to proceed.

What You Will Do
- Design, build and maintain structured test scripts for Aderant Expert Sierra, Clio Operate and NetDocuments
- Plan and coordinate UAT cycles across hub firms, preparing and supporting end users through testing
- Validate data migration outputs, ensuring accuracy and completeness before sign‐off
- Own defect management — logging, prioritising, tracking and ensuring timely resolution
- Work closely with developers and BAs to review requirements, assess testability and resolve defects
- Establish and maintain a consistent QA framework with clear entry/exit criteria and sign‐off standards
- Collaborate with hub IT teams, configuration specialists and vendors to ensure issues are understood and resolved
- Produce test summary reports and exit documentation that give leadership a clear, evidence‐based view of readiness
- Build and maintain a reusable library of test assets, including regression packs and UAT scripts
- Act as the programme's "quality conscience", raising risks early and protecting testing standards
- Coach end users through UAT so that sign‐off is meaningful, accurate and reliable
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years' experience in QA, testing or quality assurance within a technology implementation or systems deployment environment
- Proven ability to write clear, structured test scripts and UAT documentation that non‐technical users can follow
- Experience planning and managing UAT cycles end‐to‐end
- Strong understanding of defect management and how to prioritise, track and escalate effectively
- Ability to manage concurrent testing workstreams across multiple products and deployments
- A methodical, detail‐oriented approach with the tenacity to investigate edge cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, able to work with both technical teams and end users
- Experience producing test documentation suitable for audit — plans, scripts, logs, defect registers, exit reports
- Composure under delivery pressure and the confidence to push back when quality is at risk
