Farleys Solicitors is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to join our established and growing team in Preston. This is a key opportunity for a talented lawyer who wants to take the next step in their career within a respected regional firm that combines local heritage with the strength of a national legal group.
About The Role
You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, secured lending, and portfolio management. You will work closely with a supportive team of specialists while also having the autonomy to manage your own files and client relationships. The role offers genuine progression potential, with the opportunity to contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues, and play an active part in the continued growth of the Preston office.

About You
We are looking for a lawyer with:
- At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a broad range of matters
- Confidence managing client relationships and contributing to business development

- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Experience supervising junior lawyers or supporting team development is desirable, though not essential.
