Senior Private Client Lawyer in Belfast

Farleys Solicitors LLP are recruiting for a Senior Private Client lawyer to join our East Lancashire office in Padiham, near Burnley.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with the ability to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision.

Candidates will have:

• Experience advising HNW clients
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• A personable, client-focused approach
• A desire to grow and mentor within a supportive team
• The STEP qualification (preferred, not essential)

What you’ll do:

You will step into a varied, challenging caseload, including:

• Estate planning and administration
• Wills and trusts
• Tax-efficient strategies for HNW clients
• Succession planning for family businesses
