Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region.
Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are looking for highly motivated Health Care Assistant(s) to join our Community Team.
Working with an expert team of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, Family Support Workers and Counsellors, you will be a motivated, forward thinking, talented individual interested in delivering excellent specialist palliative care to patients and their families in their own homes within mid Essex.
Health Care Assistant Role- you would have experience and qualifications in the health care field.

You will need a driving licence and access to a car for this community role.
