Overview
Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our HRAS Care team.
The role will provide a high quality administration service to the Hospice Rapid Access Service Team, specifically supporting the HRAS Manager and Deputies. The post-holder will co-ordinate the day to day running of the office including rota management to ensure sufficient resources are met together with recording staff holidays. Support with arrangements for staff training, reviews and onboarding new starters. Complete secretarial tasks including diary management, scheduling meetings and acting as first point of contact for the HRAS management team. Assist with meeting preparation, taking minutes and distributing materials. Monitor and assist with incidents logged within Management software. Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
