Farleigh Hospice is seeking a senior leader to head the Hospice Rapid Access Service (HRas) team in the Mid Essex region.
The role reports to the Director of Care and oversees clinical leadership, care coordinators, and performance, with partnerships across hospitals, the ICB and Adult Social Care to ensure compassionate, coordinated end-of-life care.
