Faria Education Group is looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded, and collaborative Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique, cross-functional role designed to be the tactical force multiplier for our Revenue Operations leaders. Reporting directly to the Global Revenue Operations Director, you will provide tactical and strategic support to our Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, Revenue Intelligence Lead, and GTM Engineer. You will be key to our operational success, driving analysis, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the operational rhythms that keep our business moving. This is a 2-to-3-year career accelerator. We are looking for a high-aptitude generalist — a graduate, early-career professional, or ambitious career-changer who wants to master GTM motions and SaaS mechanics. Over the next 24–36 months, you will act as the team’s cross-functional engine, with the explicit path to eventually specialize in Revenue Strategy & Operations, Revenue Intelligence (BI), or GTM Engineering (Systems).
What You’ll Be Doing (The Force Multiplier)
- Operational Cadences: Prepare and support our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadences.
- Ad-Hoc Intelligence: Conduct fast-paced market analysis, performance benchmarking, and account/opportunity intelligence to support live opportunities.
- Pipeline Diagnostics: Audit funnel data to identify discrepancies, resolve broken field mappings, and ensure accurate tracking of core SaaS metrics such as ARR, conversion velocity, and renewal rates.
- Data Foundation: Source, clean, and restructure raw, messy datasets from across our GTM Stack. Eliminate discrepancies and transform disjointed information into uniform data foundations ready for forecasting and executive analysis.
- BI & Data Shield: Partner with our Revenue Intelligence lead to manage manual data inputs, champion day-to-day data hygiene, and audit dashboards for flawless data integrity.
- CRM & Systems Support: Assist our GTM Engineer with basic user management, daily triage, and troubleshooting across our tech stack: SFDC, Clari, Planhat, and more.
- Process Documentation: Shadow senior team members to map, document, and maintain our internal "how-to" playbooks and workflow guides.
Qualifications
Who You Are (Minimum Benchmarks)
- Strong Data Foundations: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation) and a naturally data-first mindset acquired through prior work experience and/or study.
- Systems Thinking & Technical Aptitude: You are highly fluent with modern technology and have proven experience working across multiple and sometimes unfamiliar tools. You are ready to reverse-engineer workflows, diagnose structural root cause issues, and contribute to system optimizations.
- Commercial Acumen & Curiosity: A natural, proactive curiosity regarding the mechanics of how B2B SaaS companies win new logos, scale operations, and retain customers. You are eager to master go-to-market (GTM) motions and business velocity metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Confident, clear, and articulate communication skills. You have the ability to collaborate smoothly across diverse teams - from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to Finance and IT - while managing expectations and communicating complex issues with clarity.
- Brilliant Coordination & Prioritization: Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and balance competing projects and timelines against commercial outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves (The Bonuses)
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS business models.
- Familiarity with any part of our tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Clari.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to optimize your personal workflow or solve data problems.
