The Operations team is central to Luxclusif, overseeing the entire product journey. This includes managing all Supply Chain activities from Inbound, Quality Control, and Visual Asset Management to Logistics fulfillment and Delivery. The team is also responsible for developing and implementing new operational processes, optimizing efficiencies, and managing costs in a strong business growth environment and expansion. The Ops team is geographically distributed, with members located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering strategic insights which will positively shape the future of Operations. The role will be very cross‑functional and focussed on analysing and pushing the team forward in terms of data‑driven decisions. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills. As we are a small and hands‑on team, the ideal candidate is someone who excels in both strategic thinking (i.e. shaping the direction of projects and ensuring we prioritise the most impactful initiatives) and concrete action (i.e. driving the timely and cost‑effective delivery). We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, but who does so in a collaborative and diplomatic way and ensures that all key stakeholders are brought along on the journey.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and manage all Supply Chain key metrics, ensuring deviations are mitigated and acted upon.
- Oversee capacity planning for the complete Supply Chain activities, ensuring sufficient capacity is in place at the different Warehouse locations, freelancer teams, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Iterate scenarios around capacity planning in order to have the supply chain future ready and prepared for growth spikes and having strategic buffers in place.
- Work closely with the Production and Logistics teams to provide continuous strategic guidance and direction on business analysis and analytical ways of working.
- Ownership for the coordination and deliverables around the monthly Forecasting exercises as well as for yearly Budgeting exercise for the Supply Chain team.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas of opportunity for improvements and efficiencies.
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel, Access, PBI, SQL, AI and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Liaise closely with Strategic Operations.
- Develop business cases to assess the expected impact of potential projects to inform the Strategic Operations project prioritisation process.
- Build dynamic models to simulate the impact of operational changes, volume surges, or logistics shifts to support strategic trade‑off decisions.
