You will manage omnichannel real-time queues, publish customer excellence schedules, and maximize labor efficiency while coordinating with global teams.

You will troubleshoot Talkdesk operations, manage user provisioning and routing, and monitor SLAs to keep the contact center running smoothly for a luxury fashion marketplace.
