THE ROLE

The Discovery & Consideration domain is part of the Consumer Products Team, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of the Farfetch website and mobile apps. Our mission is to facilitate the effortless discovery of desired items, catering to users with strong intent and those seeking inspiration through personalized recommendations. We aim to streamline the consideration phase by providing comprehensive and pertinent information for informed decision-making, fostering user confidence in online purchases, and promoting an elevated luxury experience. Our area also supports product discoverability via efficient search and ranking experiences, leveraging commercial business requirements and working closely with the Trade team. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Discovery & Consideration area, reporting to the Head of Product.

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

  • Assist in developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and design teams to define product requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
  • Support prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
  • Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
  • Knowledgeable about product management and scrum methodologies.
  • Interested in and knowledgeable about consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps) and the metrics that inform those products.
  • Aware of the luxury market and related industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
  • Skilled at sorting through and aggregating information.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficient in English.
