THE ROLE
The PPC Analytics Manager will lead a team focused on Google Shopping, reporting, feed management, analysis, and tool development for our search engine marketing campaigns. This role will involve suggesting and testing PPC strategies, providing strategic direction, developing tools to streamline campaign operations and enhance performance, and driving the optimization and performance of search engine marketing campaigns. The manager will champion the creation of tools and reports aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and performance metrics.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance and setting objectives for the area
- Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of PPC campaigns across search engine platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including search engine representatives, vendors, and agency partners
- Build and maintain custom tools and dashboards to automate and streamline PPC campaign management, reporting and performance analysis
- Employ advanced bid management tools and algorithms to refine bidding strategies across diverse PPC platforms
- Conduct in-depth analysis of PPC campaign performance, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketers, data scientists, and IT professionals to integrate PPC strategies with overall marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in PPC advertising and measurement techniques
Who You Are
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of analysts
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on measurement, bidding strategies, analytics, and tool development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Expertise in developing and deploying tools or scripts for automating PPC operations and enhancing campaign performance
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into business recommendations
- Has experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns, preferably in a multinational or global context
- Experience in setting KPIs, forecasting budgets, and managing campaign performance to achieve ROI targets
