Based at the Browns Boutique in Mayfair, the Personal Shopper role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in London. The role offers the opportunity to work with a leading luxury fashion retailer delivering higher‑value, tailored shopping experiences.
Responsibilities
- You will work collaboratively with the Client Development Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive client engagement and sales performance.
- Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a high‑value client base, proactively communicating and strategically outreach to drive acquisition, retention and growth.
- You will manage the entire client journey from outreach and onboarding to selling and fulfilment, including returns and after‑care.
- Provide expert style advice and engage walk‑in customers, independent stylists and high‑value local and international clients.
- Use CRM and client‑eling tools – D365, Storm, Shopify, Salesforce, Excel and others – to deliver a consistent service proposition.
- Identify growth opportunities across clients, territories and product categories, proposing ideas to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Acquire new clients through boutique, BrownsFashion.com, events, social media engagement and personal Shopping appointments, both in person and virtual.
- Represent Browns at events and activations, hosting client appointments, trunk shows and exclusive events.
- Manage bespoke orders and special requests, ensuring high‑level attention to detail and exceptional service.
- Maintain shop floor standards, ensuring the boutique is immaculate and aligns with Browns’ luxury positioning.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in luxury fashion with strong sales performance and excellent client relationships is required.
- Results focus and self‑motivation, taking ownership of performance and potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills – comfortable with 1:1 outreach, public speaking and event participation.
- Deep knowledge of luxury brands, trends and product, with the ability to communicate key trends and newness to clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask across sales, operations, logistics and customer care.
- Proficiency with retail management software and CRMs.
