The team is central to Luxclusif, overseeing the entire product journey. This includes managing all Supply Chain activities from Inbound, Quality Control, and Visual Asset Management to Logistics fulfillment and Delivery. The Ops team is geographically distributed, with members located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan. The Porto office is located near Porto, in the north of Portugal, in a vibrant business hub offering a dynamic environment for tech professionals.

The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the Operations team at Luxclusif by delivering strategic, data-driven insights. We are looking for someone highly skilled in data analysis, able to identify patterns, build logical frameworks, and turn complex operational realities into actionable recommendations, even when data is imperfect or manually sourced. The ideal candidate understands operational complexity across warehouses, logistics, production, and cost structures, with a strong focus on semi-variable costs and their drivers. This role goes beyond reporting, proactively identifying risks, anticipating cost increases, and working closely with Operations to support better decision-making. You will combine strong critical thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills, operating comfortably at both a strategic and executional level. The successful candidate will challenge the status quo collaboratively and diplomatically, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.

What You\’ll Do

  • Analyse and manage cost-related initiatives, aiming to improve our efficiency while reducing overall Operational costs.
  • Ownership for all cost-related reports and forecasting for the Operations team, ensuring visibility forward and strategic alignment with cost efficiency at the center of our sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify cost drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities across warehouses, logistics, and production.
  • Work closely with our FP & A team, ensuring the Semi-Variable Costs report accuracy
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel, Access, SQL, AI and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to be shared and reviewed within the Team
  • Advance the data landscape being proficient with Data Analysis softwares (such as Power BI) and AI tools
  • Develop business cases to assess the expected impact of potential projects to inform the project prioritisation process
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the performance of the relevant outputs
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to provide continuous strategic guidance and direction on business analysis and analytical ways of working

Who You Are

  • You bring at least 3 years experience in a relevant field such as, Data Analytics, Logistics & Operations analysis, Industrial Engineering
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with experience of leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases.
  • You easily translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements to optimize business performance.
  • You take things further than a Data Analyst, using data evidence to build strategy for the team
  • Have the ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel, Access, SQL, AI and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Advance the data landscape and are proficient with Data Analysis softwares (such as Power BI) and AI tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating discussions with assertiveness
  • Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a \”can-do\” attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments and works confidently autonomously
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
