THE ROLE

Farfetch Media Solutions operates at the intersection of luxury e-commerce and advertising. As a Media Solutions Account Executive, you will support the Sales and Account Management teams from pre to post sale. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of advertising products, assisting in campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting, while contributing to the development of media plans and proposals that align with client objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Account Management and Operations, you will handle key delivery tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth execution of booked campaigns. This includes creating IOs, reserving inventory, briefing campaign deliverables and coordinating with internal publishing teams to ensure that all booked campaign elements are delivered seamlessly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Input bookings and reserve inventory in Salesforce aligned with media plans and IOs, while coordinating with publishing teams to confirm inventory availability, ensuring optimal campaign delivery.
  • Create and share detailed campaign briefing forms, clearly communicating key campaign information to publishing teams ensuring a smooth and timely campaign launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Media Operations, Online Merchandising, CRM, Editorial, Art and Design to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed seamlessly.
  • Produce and distribute key client-facing materials such as case studies, screengrabs and campaign layouts, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and in a client-friendly format.
  • Conduct regular mid-campaign check-ins to monitor progress and ensure campaign delivery is on track and perform optimally.
  • Compile and deliver both mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reports, highlighting key performance insights and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining campaign results dashboards, shared drives and scheduling client meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, recommending solutions to drive long-term efficiency and scalability within team and business operations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Preferable to have digital experience in the publishing, digital advertising and/or retail media industry.
  • You're able to independently prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple clients.
  • You have a flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships internally and externally.
  • You are customer service oriented.
  • Previous experience preferred: Salesforce, Microsoft/Google Business Suite, Adpoint, Google Ad Manager and Social Media Platforms.
  • Experience performing complex excel functions a plus.
