THE ROLE
We are looking for a Supply Operations Specialist to perform tasks related to receiving, controlling and processing returns from our Partners and Customers as well as managing and supporting the daily operation of our third-party logistics provider.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive, check and classify returns from our partners and customers;
- Support the operation of our third-party logistics provider (daily comms and data entry, solving issues, etc.);
- Communicate and control the performance of our third-party logistics providers;
- Support the daily activities of the Farfetch Boutique.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a logistics or supply management environment;
- Experienced in data entry and follow-up (Excel, Google Sheets/Slides, internal tools);
- Experienced working in a fashion environment preferably managing returns;
- Working experience with 3PL a plus;
- Focused, rigorous with excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail;
- Professional, reliable with a flexible attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure in difficult situations.
