Luxclusif is a technology‐driven global B2B platform founded in 2013 and part of Farfetch since 2021. Dedicated to redefining the luxury paradigm by offering premium pre‐owned fashion to a global audience, Luxclusif has pioneered the global luxury resale market, with advanced data‐driven solutions to facilitate the buying and selling of high‐end pre‐owned items. With operations spread across the globe and strategic warehouses in key locations, we ensure a seamless supply of luxury goods, ensuring item curation, quality control, operations, logistics to technology integrations and sales, delivering an unmatched resale experience for brands, retailers, and end‐customers.

The Operations team is central to Luxclusif, overseeing the entire product journey. This includes managing all Supply Chain activities from Inbound, Quality Control, and Visual Asset Management to Logistics fulfillment and Delivery. The team is also responsible for developing and implementing new operational processes, optimizing efficiencies, and managing costs in a strong business growth environment and expansion. The Ops team is geographically distributed, with members located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.

Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering strategic insights which will positively shape the future of Operations. The role will be very cross‐functional and focussed on analysing and pushing the team forward in terms of data‐driven decisions. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills. As we are a small and hands‐on team, the ideal candidate is someone who excels in both strategic thinking (i.e. shaping the direction of projects and ensuring we prioritise the most impactful initiatives) and concrete action (i.e. driving the timely and cost‐effective delivery). We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, but who does so in a collaborative and diplomatic way and ensures that all key stakeholders are brought along on the journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and manage all Supply Chain key metrics, ensuring deviations are mitigated and acted upon.
  • Oversee capacity planning for the complete Supply Chain activities, ensuring sufficient capacity is in place at the different Warehouse locations, freelancer teams, as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Iterate scenarios around capacity planning in order to have the supply chain future ready and prepared for growth spikes and having strategic buffers in place.
  • Work closely with the Production and Logistics teams to provide continuous strategic guidance and direction on business analysis and analytical ways of working.
  • Ownership for the coordination and deliverables around the monthly Forecasting exercises as well as for yearly Budgeting exercise for the Supply Chain team.
  • Conduct analysis to identify areas of opportunity for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel, Access, PBI, SQL, AI and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Liaise closely with Strategic Operations.
  • Develop business cases to assess the expected impact of potential projects to inform the Strategic Operations project prioritisation process.
  • Build dynamic models to simulate the impact of operational changes, volume surges, or logistics shifts to support strategic trade‐off decisions.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Professional: You bring at least 3‐5 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, E‐commerce Operations, or Logistics Planning. You understand the "on‐the‐ground" reality of warehouse shop floors and fulfillment cycles.
  • Data Architect & Storyteller: You don’t just "pull reports", you translate complex data into clear, visual narratives. You are an expert at using Power BI (DAX and Power Query) and SQL to turn raw data into automated, real‐time dashboards that drive action.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have a "Decision Support" mindset. You can build "What‐If" scenarios and predictive models that help leadership understand the risks and rewards of different strategic choices.
  • Tech‐Forward: You stay ahead of the curve by leveraging AI tools and advanced data management systems to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Financial & Operational Acumen: You understand the link between operational KPIs and financial outcomes. You can identify the root causes of budget variances and propose data‐backed solutions to mitigate them.
  • Strong Communicator & Influencer: You possess the confidence and interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders. You are comfortable mediating discussions, challenging the status quo with data, and presenting your findings with assertiveness and diplomacy.
  • Highly Autonomous & Proactive: You take full ownership of your domain. You are structured, detail‐oriented, and capable of identifying business gaps before they become problems.
  • Adaptable Global Citizen: You thrive in fast‐paced, geographically distributed environments. You are comfortable collaborating across time zones (Portugal and Philippines) and are proficient in English (written and spoken).

Rewards & Benefits

  • Health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well‐being support and tools.
  • Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community.
  • Training opportunities and free access to Udemy.
  • Flexible benefits program.
