- Drive continuous improvement across carrier performance, delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
- Work closely with carriers and internal stakeholders (Logistics, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Customer Experience) to align priorities and deliver results.
- Analyse carrier and network performance, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Build and manage project roadmaps, defining milestones, dependencies, and clear accountability across teams.
- Translate data into actionable insights, supporting both operational and strategic decisions.
- Ensure that every initiative is anchored in customer impact, balancing operational excellence with customer expectations.
- Bridge strategy and operations, ensuring ideas are translated into hands‑on execution on the ground.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, operations, consulting, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Hands‑on operational mindset, comfortable working with data, processes, and real‑world constraints.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in Excel and BI tools (SQL is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and align senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to connect operational decisions to customer outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise and deliver in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, last‑mile delivery, or carrier management, ideally within e‑commerce, marketplaces, or tech‑driven environments.
- Exposure to international logistics networks and vendor management is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies is an advantage.
REWARDS & BENEFITS
