The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.

THE ROLE
As part of the Delivery team within the Operations department, you will play a key role in strengthening our carrier commercial and financial capabilities, supporting cost efficiency analysis and value creation across our delivery network. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, finance, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure full visibility, control, and optimization of carrier-related costs, analyze carrier proposals and support contract negotiations and financial analysis.
Our team operates across three core pillars - data foundations, monitoring & reporting, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute meaningfully across these areas, bringing strong analytical and business skills, while collaborating closely with teammates who also support these pillars.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, reports and cost frameworks that support carrier commercial decision-making. You will transform complex cost and billing data into clear insights, ensuring decisions are supported by accurate data and transparent assumptions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Data Foundations
- Contribute to building and evolving robust, scalable datasets using BigQuery, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Python, and automation tools.
- Support the development of data structures and scripts that improve workflow efficiency and analytical accuracy.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance, reliability and documentation of existing datasets, models and reports, proactively monitoring data quality, correcting issues and adapting solutions to business or commercial changes.
- Promote best practices for data quality, reliability, and consistency across the team.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Help transform complex delivery and carrier data into clear, actionable insights with strong business relevance.
- Monitor and analyze carrier costs, billing data, and commercial KPIs, ensuring continuous visibility over cost evolution, savings and financial impacts.
- Develop tools and automate processes to detect cost deviations, billing discrepancies and financial risks.
- Clearly communicate the results of cost analysis to stakeholders through structured, accurate and meaningful reporting, presentations and data storytelling, enabling informed decision-making.
- Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and cost metrics using Excel, Looker or other BI tools.
- Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Be an active contributor in end-to-end operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use strong analytical skills to identify issues, model scenarios, and support solutions that enhance cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across Operations, Logistics, Finance, Tech and external partners.
- Team Collaboration
- Share knowledge and best practices in predictive methods, coding, and analysis.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment, consistency, and collective problem-solving.
- Support the overall team in delivering high-quality work across all pillars.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory).
- Skilled in Python, predictive techniques, or algorithmic thinking.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker is a plus).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear, impactful insights.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - you thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- 2-3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, logistics, or a similar data-driven role.
