The Role

The Business Assistant will support the 3‑4 Senior Leaders with diary management, travel bookings, general administration, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate, legal, or financial operations and performs exceptionally well in a fast‑paced, highly confidential environment. We’re looking for a true creative thinker who can bring best practice and new ideas to the role. You will have a strong background working in a diverse environment that is high energy and service driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactive management of diaries and correspondence to identify priority issues while navigating global time zones
  • Manage all travel, accommodation and preparation of itineraries
  • Manage expenses, log and keep track of receipts, invoices and manage PO’s
  • Deal with all meeting requests from all levels
  • Proactively prepare agendas in advance of key meetings
  • Drive onboarding of the Senior Leaders new starters / direct reports
  • Support the Senior Leaders with organising events and conferences
  • Provide light, ad hoc support to the wider team as business needs dictate, including scheduling large team meetings on behalf of the Senior Leaders
  • Ensure general understanding and adhering to all FARFETCH Policies
  • You will be an active member of the Business Assistant community and cover for other assistants on a regular basis

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of Executive or Business Assistant experience supporting Senior Leaders (experience within a legal or finance environment is a plus)
  • You are confident in using Gmail, Google docs, Google Drive, Excel & PowerPoint
  • You work calmly under pressure and handle fast‑paced environments with ease, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, responding to urgent requests while keeping deadlines on track
  • You have influencing skills and are self‑motivated, positive and an enthusiastic achiever
  • You have a flexible approach
  • Exceptional degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong experience in internal and external stakeholder management
  • You possess an exceptional degree of integrity, with a proven track record of handling highly sensitive, or confidential information appropriately
  • You are committed to success and have the passion to make it happen
