As an Associate Personal Shopper, you will be the face of the Browns experience on the shop floor. Your primary focus is to provide a warm, expert welcome to every customer, delivering personalized styling and high-level service that encourages immediate sales and long-term loyalty. Responsibilities
- Elevated Boutique Hosting: Act as a key ambassador on the shop floor, providing a warm and sophisticated welcome to walk-in customers and delivering an immediate, high-touch shopping experience.
- Relationship Building: Focus on converting boutique traffic into a loyal, long-term client base through intuitive service and consistent, thoughtful engagement.
