Our R&D team is responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the internal products that power our business. As a B2B company specialising in second-hand luxury items, we rely on technology to optimise every stage of our operations, from buying and inbound logistics to selling and post-sales support. We are a global team with members across Portugal, Brazil, and the Philippines.

Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.

As an Analytics Manager, you will join our Porto hub to manage our Product Analytics Team and develop the best-in-line analytics suite of products that power our business areas. You will pair with Product Managers and Data Engineers to define, plan, and execute our Data strategy in collaboration with Data oriented Stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and Inspire the Team: Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily workflow of the data analytics team. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, promote the development of analytical skills, and establish best practices.
  • Bridge Business & Data: Act as the primary liaison between the data analytics team and the business units. You will manage relationships and expectations, champion data-driven decision-making, and ensure that complex technical insights are translated into clear business value.
  • Define Data Strategy: Partner with key business stakeholders to define and execute the data analytics strategy, translating strategic goals into impactful data projects.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering: Work closely with the Data Engineering team to evolve the company's data infrastructure. You will be the voice of the analytics team, ensuring data quality and availability requirements are met to support advanced reporting.
  • Drive Self-Service Analytics: Manage and evolve our self-service analytics platform, ensuring a robust environment that empowers business teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Evolve with AI: Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance analytical efficiency. You will have the opportunity to grow significantly in this area, applying AI to automate insights and solve business challenges.
