THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Farfetch. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating dashboards, interpreting data, and providing insights to drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with service teams to understand their data needs, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively. You will be part of a multidisciplinary environment that works closely with the Data Engineering team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create dashboards and reports in Looker and Looker Studio, adding analytical quality and experience;
- Help create new metrics/data points to evolve the way we look at all Service performance;
- Monitor and control performance metrics, working with the global workforce to anticipate potential impacts and risks, monitoring any target deviations;
- Perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce needs;
- Deep dive into our Data Model and extract information to support business decisions.
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with experience with data analytics, ideally with an e-commerce orientation;
- You are detail-oriented with a demonstrably high standard for data accuracy and documentation;
- Experienced in Data Analysis in a multi-channel service environment;
- Comfortable with SQL - ideally with relevant professional experience;
- Knowledge of GCP tools is a plus, with a particular focus on BigQuery;
- Comfortable working with data visualization tools - mainly Looker and Looker Studio;
- Capable of telling a story, together with presentation skills that can elevate the quality of your pitch;
- Knowledge of ETL tools and Git is a plus;
- Knowledge of WFM / WFO environments is a plus;
- Fluent in English.
