Help keep good food out of landfill! Based at our depot in Birmingham, you will support our Member Services team with managing our surplus food supply and relationships with our Food Members.
Duties may include:
- Maintaining accurate records, including filing and data management.
- Keeping member information up to date on our internal Warehouse Management System.
- Updating and managing schedules using Excel spreadsheets (accuracy and attention to detail essential).
- Communicating with our Food Members (charities and community groups) via phone and email.
- Building strong relationships to understand and support members’ individual needs.
