Overview
Fareham Housing are looking for a Repairs Administration Officer to join their Building Repairs and Maintenance service. You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer queries over the phone and in writing in relation to Council housing and Corporate Building repairs. Through talking to customers you will enable the right repair to be carried out by the allocated Tradesperson. You will also carry out a range of administrative duties, providing support across the department. You must have a customer orientated approach and experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment. You will need excellent communication and office administration skills as well as proficiency in a variety of ICT packages and systems. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing work requirements whilst remaining calm, polite, positive and cheerful.
