Saab UK, part of Scandinavia's defence group, seeks an Integration Team Lead for the Fareham site. You will lead the Integration Team responsible for assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their equipment, delivering projects on time and to the highest quality.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will manage a fast-paced production area, mentor engineers, ensure compliance with 6S and safety policies, and liaise with other departments to meet delivery objectives.
