We’re looking for a motivated Planning Compliance Officer to join our Development Management team for up to 12 months.
In this varied role, you’ll investigate alleged breaches of planning control, carry out site visits and work with customers to resolve issues through negotiation or formal action where required. You’ll also provide planning advice.
About You
You’ll need excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, good IT skills and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team. You will need to be highly organised and customer focused and a full driving licence and access to appropriate transport during working hours are required.
