SEO and PPC Executive (Part time)
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and results‑driven SEO and PPC Executive to join our Marketing Team on a part‑time basis at our London City Office in Blackfriars.
Reporting directly to the Communications Manager, you will play a key role in executing the firm's SEO and PPC strategy, improving online visibility, increasing qualified website traffic, and supporting the continued growth of our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the firm's SEO and PPC strategy under the direction of the Communications Manager
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Implement on‑page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, keyword optimisation, image optimisation and content improvements
- Deliver off‑page SEO initiatives, including backlink acquisition and domain authority growth
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) initiatives
- Increase qualified organic website traffic across key legal practice areas
- Improve organic keyword rankings through continuous optimisation
- Optimise website content, service pages and landing pages using the firm's content management system
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimise and maintain Google Business Profiles across all office locations
- Support technical SEO improvements and website optimisation
- Monitor SEO and PPC performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads and other industry tools
- Produce monthly SEO and PPC performance reports with recommendations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Marketing Team to support wider marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in an SEO, PPC or digital marketing role
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO
- Experience improving organic rankings, website traffic and domain authority
- Experience with backlink strategies and local SEO
- Experience optimising Google Business Profiles
- Understanding of AEO and GEO principles and emerging search trends
- Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent SEO tools
- Experience using WordPress or another content management system
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
- Experience within legal or professional services
- Basic understanding of HTML and website optimisation
- Experience supporting content marketing and digital PR activities
Location
This is a part‑time, on‑site role based at our London City Office in Blackfriars, working Monday to Wednesday.
