This is a full-time, on-site position for an Immigration Paralegal located in the City of London. The Immigration Paralegal will support the Solicitor by assisting with immigration cases, preparing visa applications, managing legal documents, and providing support on immigration matters. The role will include liaising with clients, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Fully on-site. Organisational and attention-to-detail skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Immigration Law and Immigration Issues
  • Experience with Visas and Legal Document Preparation
  • Proficiency in general law and legal principles
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role is preferred
  • Relevant qualifications in law or paralegal studies are highly desirable
