Farani Taylor is a dynamic and award-winning full-service law firm based in the heart of London. Having proudly served over 40,000 clients, we are recognised for delivering exceptional legal services with professionalism, care, and integrity. We are seeking a polished, proactive, and client-focused Client Relations & CRM Assistant to join our growing team at our London City Head Office in Blackfriars. This role sits within the marketing and communications function and will work closely with the Communications Manager (PR) to support client engagement and CRM management across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound client communications professionally and confidently
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately and extensively
  • Supporting client follow‑ups, enquiries, and relationship management
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing and communications department
  • Assisting with basic coordination and day‑to‑day support tasks as required
  • Ensuring an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism in all client interactions and internal communications

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in legal or customer service, client relations, or a professional client‑facing role
  • Excellent communication and soft skills
  • Strong CRM software experience and administrative accuracy
  • Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client care
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Basic marketing knowledge (not mandatory)
  • Experience within legal, professional services, luxury, or corporate environments is advantageous

Location

This is a fully on‑site role based at our London City Head Office in Blackfriars, five days per week.
