About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Norbury branch. The role involves handling a mix of residential and commercial property transactions, supporting the Head of the branch in conveyancing matters, and working effectively in a fast-paced, initiative-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Support the Head of the branch in conveyancing matters.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.
- Maintain accurate case files and manage workloads efficiently.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout transactions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in conveyancing.
- Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems.
