Ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop our HSE function across the business. This is a key role supporting our teams, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive safety culture.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update all Health, Safety, Environmental and company policies
- Keep the business compliant with current legislation and industry standards
- Develop RAMS for both large site‑specific projects and smaller works
- Carry out site audits, internal H&S reviews and client H&S meetings
- Manage PQQs, Constructionline, CHAS and client audit requirements (BP, Shell, Esso)
- Oversee training records, course coordination, and safety initiatives
- Lead subcontractor reviews and H&S audits
- Support occupational health, HAVs assessments, driving plans, and vehicle safety checks
- Manage fire risk assessments, emergency lighting, and alarm testing for our Head Office
