What we do:
This particular role is at our site in Tilmanstone, based near Dover in Kent. The site employs around 850 people and produces millions of bags of leafy salads and prepared vegetables for a dedicated customer. It is only 8 miles from Dover.
About the role:
We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products. Working right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety, be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential.
Whether you are a machine operative, mixing operative, technician, QCs or key operative, you’ll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment, you’ll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right first-time environment.
Machine Minder - Days duties may include:
- Conducting CCP’s
- Metal Detection operation
- Check weighing operation
- Leading a production line
We’re looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Familiar with the demands of a fast-paced production environment, you’ll have a good understanding of food safety best practice.
About you:
- Plenty of drive, motivation, and ambition
- Previous manufacturing experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- The desire to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
