- Build rapport and loyalty: Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalized service and encouraging customer loyalty.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story.
- Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to exceed sales goals.
- Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
