We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Marketing Operations Specialist to become the backbone of our fast-moving marketing team. If you thrive on bringing order to chaos, love ticking things off lists, and can anticipate what needs doing before anyone even says it, this role is for you.
You’ll be at the center of our growth and every major marketing initiative - a front-row seat to learn how world-class campaigns, creator launches, and brand moments are built from the ground up. As the engine behind our execution, you’ll help keep marketing running smoothly across day-to-day operations, campaign delivery, and team coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Vendor & Supplier Sourcing - Research and manage vendors for branded merchandise, creator gifting, event kits, etc.
- Event Support (Digital & Physical) - Book venues, prep assets, handle RSVPs, organise kits or materials.
- Meeting & Prep Materials - Build slide decks, summarise campaigns, and prepare internal updates.
- Contract Logistics - Send templated contracts to creators, influencers, and partners.
- Project Flow Management - Liaise between marketing, design, and external freelancers/agencies to keep deliverables on track.
- Asset Organisation - Maintain naming conventions, folders, version control, and overall marketing file hygiene.
- Admin & Logistics - Track invoices, collect expenses, order supplies — the unsexy stuff that keeps the team humming.
- Team Coordination - Nudge teammates, send reminders, and remove bottlenecks before they slow us down.
- Internal Communications - Write concise updates, post team status reports, and help prepare briefs.
We’re a digitally-native team. You should be comfortable using and switching between: Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Figma.
