As Fanvue enters its next phase of growth, hiring is one of the most critical execution levers across the business. This role exists to help scale the teams that build, sell, and support Fanvue, ensuring we continue to move fast without compromising quality.
The Role
We are hiring a Talent Partner to support full-cycle hiring across Fanvue's core teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and pace. You will partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Customer teams, owning hiring end to end and helping shape how Fanvue attracts and hires exceptional people. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be expected to source proactively, exercise strong judgement, and move candidates through the process with speed and care.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across a diverse set of roles spanning product builders, revenue drivers, and customer-facing teams
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches
- Screen candidates for role-relevant capability, ownership mindset, and execution ability
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define role profiles, hiring priorities, and success criteria
- Run fast, structured interview processes with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
- Manage and maintain clean, accurate pipelines and hiring data in the ATS
- Share regular insights on hiring progress, pipeline health, market trends, and candidate quality
- Contribute to improving hiring processes and raising the overall hiring bar as Fanvue scales
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- Comfortable hiring across multiple disciplines, including technical and commercial roles
- Confident owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to close
- Strong hiring judgement, able to assess both capability and mindset beyond CVs
- Data-aware and organised, using funnel metrics and pipeline health to guide decisions
- Highly autonomous, with a strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Clear, compelling communicator who can represent Fanvue's mission and growth story authentically
