Join us in redefining the creator economy with AIFanvue, one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We are an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.
As Fanvue scales globally, payments performance is a critical growth lever. This role exists to ensure our payments infrastructure is reliable, optimised, and never a bottleneck to conversion, creator earnings, or revenue growth.
The Role: We are hiring a Senior Payments Manager to own and improve payments performance across the platform. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will lead optimisation across authentication, routing, retries, decline management, and PSP performance. You will bring structure, data, and ownership to an area that directly drives conversion, retention, and revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Own payments performance across cards and alternative payment methods
- Diagnose decline drivers, issuer behaviour, and regional performance patterns
- Deliver optimisation initiatives across authentication, routing, retries, and recovery
- Establish structured experimentation and learning loops
- Own payments dashboards, reporting, and performance insights
- Act as escalation point for payments incidents
- Partner with PSPs, acquirers, and networks to improve authorisation outcomes
Who You Are:
- Senior experience in payments optimisation or payments operations at scale
- Deep understanding of card payments, authentication, and alternative payment methods
- Highly analytical, with strong SQL capability
- Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven, commercially aware, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
You’ll Thrive Here If:
- You enjoy owning performance-critical systems
- You care about measurable improvements in conversion and revenue
- You’re proactive, not reactive
- You like building optimisation engines, not just reporting on problems
- You operate with autonomy and accountability
You’ll Struggle Here If:
- You prefer advisory roles without execution ownership
- You avoid direct accountability for outcomes
- You rely on others to define priorities
- You need heavy structure or constant direction
Why Join Fanvue?
- Direct impact on creator earnings and revenue growth
- High autonomy and ownership from day one
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership
- Remote-first culture
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited holiday
- Budget for growth and wellbeing
- A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed
Fanvue is for Everyone: We believe diverse teams build better companies. Even if you do not meet every requirement listed, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into roles, and we value potential, mindset, and ambition just as much as experience.
