As Fanvue scales rapidly, the CEO’s leverage becomes increasingly critical. This role exists to ensure the Founder operates at peak impact, while also driving high-priority strategic initiatives across the business with clarity, speed, and ownership.
The Role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO / Co-Founder to operate as a true force multiplier. This is not a purely administrative role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position that blends traditional executive support with operational project leadership. Roughly a 30/70 split between EA responsibilities and strategic project execution. You will protect the CEO’s time, attention, and energy while independently driving forward critical initiatives, surfacing insights from data, and ensuring cross-functional momentum.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbox and calendar with precision and strong judgment
- Prepare clear meeting agendas, pre-reads, and concise action summaries
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation seamlessly
- Manage business and personal expenses
- Drive key strategic projects and partnerships on behalf of the CEO
- Own and maintain the executive projects board for weekly leadership meetings
- Track complex initiatives and ensure follow-through across teams
- Analyse large data sets and surface meaningful insights to inform decisions
- Create and maintain operational systems for ongoing admin, logistics, and prioritisation
- Support the CEO’s personal brand, external presence, and key relationships
- Continuously improve how information is organised, tracked, and communicated
Who You Are
- 3 to 5 years supporting a Founder or C-Suite leader in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Highly organised, direct, and confident in managing senior stakeholders
- Strong project management ability with a bias toward execution and follow-through
- Data literate and comfortable extracting insight from large data sets
- High ownership mindset with strong discretion and sound judgment
- Proactive and anticipatory, solving problems before they elevate
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Sheets, and AI tools
- You enjoy being a leverage multiplier for ambitious leaders
- You operate with calm intensity in fast-moving environments
