Join us in redefining the creator economy with AIFanvue, one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

As Fanvue scales rapidly, the CEO’s leverage becomes increasingly critical. This role exists to ensure the Founder operates at peak impact, while also driving high-priority strategic initiatives across the business with clarity, speed, and ownership.

The Role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO / Co-Founder to operate as a true force multiplier. This is not a purely administrative role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position that blends traditional executive support with operational project leadership. Roughly a 30/70 split between EA responsibilities and strategic project execution.

You will protect the CEO’s time, attention, and energy while independently driving forward critical initiatives, surfacing insights from data, and ensuring cross-functional momentum. You bring structure to chaos, move quickly without sacrificing judgment, and are confident enough to push back when needed to protect focus and outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage inbox and calendar with precision and strong judgment
  • Prepare clear meeting agendas, pre-reads, and concise action summaries
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation seamlessly
  • Manage business and personal expenses
  • Drive key strategic projects and partnerships on behalf of the CEO
  • Own and maintain the executive projects board for weekly leadership meetings
  • Track complex initiatives and ensure follow-through across teams
  • Analyse large data sets and surface meaningful insights to inform decisions
  • Create and maintain operational systems for ongoing admin, logistics, and prioritisation
  • Support the CEO’s personal brand, external presence, and key relationships
  • Continuously improve how information is organised, tracked, and communicated
Who You Are
  • 3 to 5 years supporting a Founder or C-Suite leader in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Highly organised, direct, and confident in managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management ability with a bias toward execution and follow-through
  • Data literate and comfortable extracting insight from large data sets
  • High ownership mindset with strong discretion and sound judgment
  • Proactive and anticipatory, solving problems before they escalate
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Sheets, and AI tools
You’ll Thrive Here If
  • You enjoy being a leverage multiplier for ambitious leaders
  • You operate with calm intensity in fast-moving environments
  • You are comfortable being direct and protecting priorities
  • You like turning messy inputs into structured outputs
  • You take pride in being both highly reliable and highly proactive
You’ll Struggle Here If
  • You prefer purely administrative roles without ownership
  • You need rigid instructions rather than setting direction yourself
  • You avoid difficult conversations or pushing back
  • You are uncomfortable working in evolving, high-velocity environments
Why Join Fanvue?
  • Work directly with a high-growth Founder at a pivotal scale-up stage
  • Operate at the centre of strategy and execution
  • High trust and autonomy from day one
  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best
  • Hybrid working
  • Unlimited holiday
  • Budget for growth and wellbeing
  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed
