As our Engineering team continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong commercial mindset. In this role, you will design, implement, and refine features to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
We're looking for someone with:
Must haves
- Experience with frontend and backend tech stack, including TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js
- Knowledge of database management, particularly with PostgreSQL
- A strong understanding of business metrics and a track record of translating technical work into commercial impact
- Expertise running A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Proficiency in using analytics tools , such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skillls
Nice to haves
- Experience working on growth initiatives within a tech company
- Familiarity with operational cloud services, such as AWS
- Previously worked in a fast-paced, startup environment
What this role is about:
- Technical development : Development of frontend and backend architecture, ensuring seamless integration of new features and improvements across the platform
- Growth strategy : Together with the product, marketing, and data teams, identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximise their impact
- User acquisition and retention : Implement features and optimisations aimed at increasing user acquisition and retention, and develop A/B tests and other experiments to validate the effectiveness of these features
- Performance optimisation : Continuously monitor and optimise application performance, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience
- Analytics and reporting : Monitor experiments and key metrics of the product and generate insights that will drive decision-making
- Collaboration and communication : Collaborate with the engineering and design team, participating in critical decision making, fostering a culture of growth, learning and excellence
