Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI. Fanvue is the fastest‑growing creator monetisation platform and the leading AI‑powered, creator‑first platform designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience.

The Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO/Co‑Founder. You’ll own projects, operate like a CEO on your assignments, and manage large, complex data sets to surface useful insights. The role focuses on keeping the CEO operating at peak leverage, protecting their time and attention for high‑impact work, while also driving key strategic projects, partnerships and cross‑functional initiatives on their behalf.

What You’ll Do

  • 30/70 split between traditional EA activities and operational project management.
  • Manage inboxes and calendar with precision and good judgment.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, pre‑reads, and actionable summaries.
  • Coordinate travel accommodation and logistics.
  • Manage the CEO’s business and personal expenses.
  • Drive forward key strategic projects and partnerships.
  • Own the executive projects board for regular weekly executive meetings.
  • Create and own a personal operational system for ongoing personal admin, appointments, and logistics.
  • Support the CEO’s personal brand and networking strategy.
  • Support company events and internal team cadences where relevant.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve how we organise, track, and communicate information.

Who You Are

  • 3‑5 years’ experience supporting a C‑Suite Founder in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Highly organised, efficient, sharp, and direct, with outstanding communication across stakeholders.
  • Strong project management experience, able to persevere and move things forward quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent data literacy, experienced in monitoring and pulling insights from large data sets.
  • A strong sense of ownership, discretion, and follow‑through.
  • Ability to anticipate and action needs, solving problems before they escalate.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Strong working knowledge of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Sheets, and AI tools).
  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.
  • Work with a talented, mission‑driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwide.
  • A culture where we raise the bar and value innovation, speed, excellence, ownership, and transparency.
  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best.
  • Unlimited holiday.
  • Budget for growth and wellbeing (Wellhub platform, books, and courses).

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible hours, unlimited holiday, and a budget for growth and wellbeing.
  • Supportive, high‑energy culture focused on innovation and ownership.
