The Role
We\’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Growth team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you\’ll transform data into insights that shape strategy, unlock new growth opportunities, and make experimentation more effective. You\’ll be at the centre of decision-making, helping teams across Product, Growth, and Marketing move faster and smarter.

What You\’ll Do

• Use data to identify new levers for acquisition, retention, and monetisation across the funnel.

• Partner with Product and Growth teams to design, run, and analyse A/B tests.

• Write advanced SQL queries and use Python for deeper analysis and predictive models.

• Build and maintain dashboards that surface the most critical insights for leadership.

• Drive ad-hoc investigations into user behaviour to inform strategy and iteration.

• Help define and prioritise data capture to enable smarter experimentation.

• Elevate data literacy across the organisation by making insights accessible and actionable.

Who You Are

• Experienced analyst (5+ years) with a strong background in SaaS, product, or growth analytics.

• Skilled in SQL and confident working with complex datasets.

• Familiar with Python for deeper analysis or light modelling.

• Strong understanding of experimentation, with hands-on experience in A/B testing.

• A clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and fast-moving environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Amplitude or Amazon QuickSight.

• Prior work in a product-led growth or experimentation-heavy company.

• Exposure to high-growth startup environments.
