The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO/Co-Founder. You'll thrive on taking full ownership and operating like the CEO of your projects and tasks. You bring strong project management skills and experience in monitoring large, complex data sets to surface meaningful insights. This role is focused on keeping the CEO operating at peak leverage, protecting their time, attention, and energy for high-impact work, while also driving forward key strategic projects, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives on their behalf.
You're someone who brings calm, structure, and initiative to a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity, solves problems with sound judgment and speed, and is comfortable being direct and tactfully pushing back when needed to protect focus and momentum.
What You’ll Do
- 30/70 split between traditional EA activities and operational project management.
- Manage inboxes and calendar with precision and good judgment.
- Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reads, and actionable summaries.
- Coordinate travel accommodation and logistics.
- Manage the CEO's business and personal expenses.
- Drive forward key strategic projects and partnerships.
- Own the executive projects board for regular weekly executive meetings.
- Create and own a personal operational system for ongoing personal admin, appointments, and logistics.
- Support the CEO's personal brand and networking strategy.
- Support company events and internal team cadences where relevant.
- Continuously seek ways to improve how we organise, track, and communicate information.
Who You Are
- 3 - 5 years' experience supporting a C‐Suite Founder in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
- Highly organised, efficient, sharp, and direct, with outstanding communication across different stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to persevere and move things forward quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent data literacy, experienced in monitoring and pulling insights from large data sets.
- A strong sense of ownership, discretion, and follow‐through.
- Ability to anticipate and action needs, solve problems before they elevate.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to bring structure where it doesn't yet exist.
- Strong working knowledge of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Sheets, and AI tools).
