Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.
As Fanvue enters its next phase of scale into mainstream and SFW markets, marketing becomes one of the company’s most critical execution levers. This role exists to build a diversified, defensible growth engine while laying the foundations for a world-class, brand-safe creator platform.
The Role: We’re hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to own Fanvue’s growth engine, marketing organisation, and brand integrity as we scale into our next phase. This is a growth-led executive role with increasing brand stewardship over time. In the near term, the focus is on building predictable, diversified acquisition and GMV growth beyond saturated channels. Longer term, this role becomes the steward of Fanvue’s mainstream brand, credibility, and category position. You will operate as a true executive peer, accountable for outcomes, team quality, and long-term leverage.
What You’ll Do:
- Own growth of Fanvue’s marketing-led GMV cohort, scaling it materially within your first 12 months.
- Build and scale a diversified acquisition engine across paid, organic, creator-led, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
- Reduce dependency on saturated channels by discovering and scaling new acquisition surfaces.
- Establish predictable CAC, payback periods, and cohort quality across channels.
- Build and lead high-performing Acquisition, Brand, and Revenue Marketing teams.
- Hire and develop strong second-line leaders while maintaining a high talent bar.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Creator Success, and Founders to align incentives and execution.
- Protect and elevate the Fanvue brand as we move further into mainstream and SFW markets.
- Shape category narrative, positioning, and trust alongside Brand leadership and Founders.
Who You Are:
- A growth-led operator who has built end-to-end acquisition engines, not just inherited momentum.
- Proven experience scaling 10+ person marketing organisations in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, funnels, CAC, LTV, and cohort quality.
- Comfortable making high-conviction decisions with imperfect data.
- Strong people leader who holds high standards and acts quickly on performance.
- Confident navigating ambiguity, pressure, and shifting priorities.
- Fluent in brand and category thinking, even if your background is performance-led.
- Low-ego, cross-functional operator who disagrees clearly and commits fully.
You’ll Thrive Here If:
- You are equally comfortable in the weeds and at the strategy level.
- You enjoy building systems, teams, and mechanisms for scale.
- You see brand and growth as complementary, not opposing forces.
- You move fast, learn quickly, and raise the bar around you.
- You want real ownership over outcomes, not just influence.
You’ll Struggle Here If:
- You rely on market timing rather than clear growth mechanisms.
- You avoid hard people decisions or performance conversations.
- You optimise for vanity metrics over real business impact.
- You prefer narrow scopes or rigid role definitions.
Why Join Fanvue?
- Lead growth at a $100M+ ARR, triple-digit YoY company.
- Shape the future of the AI-powered creator economy.
- Operate as a true executive peer with founders.
- Build and lead a world-class marketing organisation.
- High autonomy, ownership, and visibility.
- Unlimited holiday.
- Flexible working.
- Budget for growth and wellbeing.
- A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed.
Fanvue is for Everyone: We believe diverse teams build better companies. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential, mindset, and ambition just as much as experience.
