Fanvue has passed $200M in annual recurring revenue with triple-digit year-on-year growth. We're an AI-powered creator monetisation platform supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans. Behind the product are two founders moving at pace, and this role exists to make sure that pace translates into the right outcomes.
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to sit at the centre of how Fanvue's founders operate. You'll protect CEO time, own strategic projects that don't have a clear home, carry executive context across the leadership team, and make sure nothing slips between the cracks. This is part EA infrastructure, part strategic operator, part accountability engine.
The RoleThe CEOs need someone who can architect their days around the highest priority work, own the projects that sit below the CEO line, and hold the leadership team to account through influence, not authority. You'll also be deeply embedded in fundraising support, standing up data rooms, managing investor pipelines, and driving scheduling. This isn't a role where you wait for instructions. You'll identify what needs doing, decide what you should own versus delegate, and move things forward with minimal context. The right person will quickly become the founders' proxy in rooms they can't be in.
What You'll Do- Architect both CEOs' schedules around their top priorities and improve inbox triage so the right things reach them at the right time.
- Map every project and touchpoint across both founders, ensure nothing is unowned, and propose which you should take on directly.
- Own the exec project board and hold the leadership team accountable for delivery.
- Drive fundraising mechanics alongside the Co-founder, owning the data room, investor pipeline tracker, and raise scheduling.
- Own at least one high-priority strategic project per cycle, taking it off the founders' plates entirely.
- Run foundational day-to-day activity including all-hands, personal brand support, and office management.
- Build and automate repetitive processes, leveraging AI to multiply your own and the CEOs' output.
- Act as the founders' proxy, owning their meetings, triaging what reaches them, and making day-to-day calls within agreed bounds.
- You have sharp judgement under ambiguity and can deliver to a high standard with very little context.
- High agency and decisive, you anticipate challenges before they land, pick up unowned work unprompted, and move things forward rather than wait for direction.
- You push back on principals directly, with evidence of having challenged senior leaders on high-stakes decisions.
- A strong, likable communicator whose style carries competence and good energy while staying warm, able to hold people to account through influence.
- Trusted and discreet, comfortable sitting close to the fundraise, the board, and sensitive decisions.
- AI-forward, you leverage AI and automation heavily to multiply yourself and the people around you.
- Adaptive across two principals, you can read two very different founders and flex your approach to each.
- Previous CoS, senior EA, or strategic operations experience in a high-growth environment.
- You want to be the person who makes everything around the founders run better.
- You're energized by variety, from schedule architecture to investor decks to holding a leadership team accountable.
- You like operating with autonomy and minimal direction.
- You see AI as a tool to multiply your impact, not something to be cautious about.
- You want proximity to how a fast-scaling company is actually built.
- You need clear swim lanes and a fixed job description.
- You're uncomfortable pushing back on founders or senior leaders.
- You prefer to wait for direction rather than move independently.
- You see EA work as beneath a CoS role.
- You're not comfortable with confidential, high-stakes information.
- Sunday Times Best Places to Work, two years running. We don't just say we have great culture, we prove it.
- Sit at the centre of how two founders run a company scaling at triple-digit growth.
- Significant equity so you share in what we're building together.
- Direct line to both CEOs with real influence on company direction and operations.
- Fully remote flexibility with a London office and WeWork access, hybrid recommended 3 days per week.
- Salary reviews every six months, we don't wait for annual cycles to recognise your growth.
- Travel and office budgets for team off-sites or kitting out your setup.
- Benefits package including gym memberships, apps, and more we're actively building out.
