Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide. As Fanvue enters its next phase of hyper-growth, we are building the automated infrastructure that powers our global expansion across mainstream and AI verticals.

This role exists to engineer the acquisition and revenue systems that scale faster than headcount, replacing manual prospecting with precision automation and AI-driven workflows.

The Role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to serve as the technical architect of our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Data, and Automation. You will design and build the systems that drive pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and unlock scalable growth across creators, agencies, and AI-native partners. This is not a reporting role. It is a systems-building role. You will replace manual work with automation, build scalable prospecting engines, and create the infrastructure that allows Fanvue to identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale automated creator prospecting engines across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including scraping, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
  • Architect agency and partnership discovery workflows that identify and prioritise high-value talent managers and intermediaries.
  • Implement automation across inbound and outbound funnels to reduce speed-to-lead and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
  • Develop deal intelligence dashboards that track high-value negotiations and surface real-time performance signals.
  • Engineer automated retention and health-scoring systems to proactively flag churn risk.
  • Establish a single source of truth for GTM metrics such as CAC, ARR, MRR, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Build competitive intelligence systems that monitor market movements and surface actionable insights.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual revenue operations work with scalable automation.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in Growth Engineering, RevOps, or a technical GTM role in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Comfortable working with SQL and either Python or JavaScript for data manipulation, enrichment, or scraping.
  • Commercially minded and impact-driven, prioritising builds based on revenue outcomes rather than technical elegance.
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Highly autonomous with strong problem-solving instincts.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You prefer building systems over managing tasks.
  • You enjoy creating automation that multiplies the output of commercial teams.
  • You move quickly and are comfortable iterating in high-growth environments.
  • You take ownership of revenue impact, not just technical output.
  • You are excited by high autonomy and measurable commercial influence.

You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer reactive ticket-based work over proactive system design.
  • You are uncomfortable troubleshooting APIs, scraping workflows, or messy datasets.
  • You need heavy direction on what to build next.
  • You focus on process perfection over business velocity.

Why Join Fanvue?

  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

  • Hybrid working from our London office.
