Join us in redefining the creator economy with AIFanvue, one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We're an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Fanvue has surpassed $200M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

The Role

  • You'll own everything that shapes how the world sees Fanvue, from brand identity and campaign creative to PR, performance ads, and owned channels.
  • You'll report directly to the founders with full ownership of the creative function.
  • This isn't maintaining an existing brand system: it's building one that will define a new category.
  • Your presence will raise the creative bar across the entire company.

What You'll Do

  • Define Fanvue's brand from the ground up: visual identity, voice, positioning, and the guidelines everyone else builds from.
  • Concept and art-direct multi-channel campaigns across social, video, paid, and out-of-home.
  • Own narrative and PR: media relationships, the story we tell, and how we position Fanvue publicly.
  • Build performance creative that converts across paid social and search, judged on results.
  • Make marketing and product feel like one brand, with design-system thinking across both.
  • Run owned channels: editorial, social, video, and thought leadership.
  • Hire and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Direct external agencies when it's the right call, and know when to build in-house instead.

Who You Are

  • You've built a creative function from scratch at a high-growth company, and you know the difference between agency work and owning a brand in-house.
  • You still make the work: you're fluent in design tools, you write your own headlines, and you've art-directed shoots yourself.
  • You understand the creator economy from the inside.
  • You hold a high bar and have hired specialists stronger than you in their own craft.
  • You use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Claude) as creative accelerators in your day-to-day.
  • You make creative decisions backed by performance data, and you understand attribution.
  • You work across brand and performance, design and copy, video and photography, rather than living in one lane.

You'll Thrive Here If

  • You want to build a creative function from scratch, not maintain an existing one.
  • You're as comfortable making the work as directing it.
  • You move fast, ship often, and raise the bar around you.
  • You see brand and performance as complementary, not opposing forces.
  • You want real ownership over outcomes, not just influence.

You'll Struggle Here If

  • You need a full team before anything gets made.
  • You rely on long review cycles or committees to ship.
  • You're a pure strategist or a pure performance marketer with no craft on the other side.
  • You see AI tools as a threat rather than a creative accelerator.

Why Join Fanvue

  • Full ownership of the creative function, reporting directly to the founders.
  • No committee, no quarter-long review cycles. Your work ships in days, not months.
  • AI-native working environment.
  • Access to gyms, studios, wellbeing partners, and premium wellbeing apps.
  • Recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, two years running.
  • Winner of an International Business award for fastest-growing company.
