Role

Join us at Fantasy Island Resort,
Lincolnshire’s leading family theme park! Our resort is home to over 30
exciting rides and attractions, two of the UK’s tallest roller coasters,
captivating live entertainment, and Europe’s largest 7-day market. Alongside
our breathtaking 40-acre attraction, we also operate two caravan parks and a
modern short-stay holiday park with luxury lodges.

As an Arcade Team Member, you’ll play a key
part in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll help maintain a
fun, safe, and engaging environment inside our vibrant arcade area, supporting
guests, replenishing stock, and keeping our machines in top condition.

Principal
Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding
  customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys their arcade experience.
• Replenish stock and prizes
  to keep machines ready and running throughout the day.
• Maintain high cleanliness
  standards across all arcade machines and surrounding areas.
• Support the wider team to
  create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
