We are looking for an experienced Product Developer to join our growing team.

The Role As Product Developer, you will manage the development process from concept through to production, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with our design team and international manufacturing partners, you will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into commercially successful collections.
Key Responsibilities Develop apparel, accessories and merchandise from concept through to production.
Produce detailed technical packs with clear product specifications and construction details.
Liaise daily with overseas factories regarding product development, sampling, costing and production.
Manage the sampling process, reviewing prototypes and providing technical feedback to manufacturers.
Source suitable fabrics, trims, components and packaging.
Ensure artwork and design specifications are accurately translated into production-ready products.
Manage product development timelines and critical paths to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor product quality throughout development and production.
Work collaboratively with designers, suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical challenges and achieve the best product outcomes.
Identify opportunities for product innovation, improved construction methods and cost efficiencies.
