We’re looking for a highly organised, culturally tapped-in Social Content Producer to help shape and grow content creatively across podcast, YouTube, and social platforms. This role is for someone deeply immersed in internet culture, trending conversations, entertainment, celebrity news, and the topics people are actively discussing online. You should naturally know what’s happening before it becomes mainstream conversation. We’re looking for someone who understands audience psychology, digital culture, and online conversation trends, and who can help source the right guests, shape compelling episodes, identify standout content moments, and contribute ideas that keep content relevant, entertaining, visually strong, and impactful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, research, and secure relevant guests
- Stay ahead of trending conversations, viral moments, entertainment news, and internet culture
- Help structure strong podcast episodes and discussion flow
- Develop engaging talking points, segments, and episode concepts
- Work closely with the host to ensure conversations feel dynamic, entertaining, and culturally relevant
- Review podcast content and identify standout moments and short-form clip opportunities
- Collaborate with the editing and social team to help shape engaging visual content
- Identify moments that will perform strongly across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and short-form platforms
- Contribute ideas that improve audience retention, engagement, and overall content performance
- Coordinate guest logistics and maintain strong communication throughout the booking process
